Custom Cake Orders
- Custom cakes must be paid for in full two to seven days in advance, depending on the level of difficulty.
- Due to the handmade nature of our cakes, they may not be exactly identical to the photographs provided.
- Prior to pick-up, a picture of the finished cake will be sent to the customer for approval. If you are dissatisfied with the appearance of the cake, you will receive a full refund.
Dipped Strawberries
- Our strawberries are sourced from importers, and while we guarantee to select and use the best possible strawberries available, we cannot guarantee their size or taste.
- In instances where strawberries are smaller, we include extra strawberries in the box to ensure customers receive the best value for their money.
Cancellation Policy
- Customers are allowed to cancel their order with 24 hours’ notice before the order is prepared.
- Upon cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
- If an order is prepared and every effort is made to contact the recipient and the sender during delivery, and delivery is unsuccessful due to inability to reach the recipient or sender, the order will still be processed, and the customer will be charged.
- Depending on the shelf life of the specific purchase, the customer can send someone to collect it.
- If an order was prepared and sent off on the day and the customer tries to cancel, a refund won’t be possible.
Customer Responsibilities
- After pick-up, the care of the cake is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend refrigerating the cake until ready to be served and transporting it in an air-conditioned vehicle.
Taste Assurance
- We encourage customers to taste the first slice of cake upon serving. If the flavor is not as ordered, please refrigerate the cake and return it by the next working day for a full refund.
Recipe Variation
- Our cakes are crafted using recipes with wide appeal and the best available ingredients. Refunds will not be issued if the recipe used differs from what you are accustomed to.
Nature of Cakes
- Please note that a cake is not a permanent structure; it is designed to be consumed and destroyed. We do not use preservatives in our cakes.
Decorative Items
- Decorations may contain wires, wooden sticks, or cardboard, which are not meant to be consumed. We strongly advise against consuming them.
Fresh flowers and leaves used for decorative purposes are not meant to be consumed.
